For Middle Eastern cuisine,
Mountain View's own Best Bite restaurant truly lives up to its name. Whether
you're looking for kabobs, falafel, gyros or a more exotic Middle Eastern
dish, Best Bite is the place.

Vegetarian There are also plenty of vegetarian options,
including falafel dishes and appetizers, starting eggplant, yogurt and eggs.
The two eggplant appetizers we tried, meerza ghasemi and koko bademjan, were
both very good.

Main Courses All the kabob dinner meals, include a mound
of buttery basmati rice topped with bright yellow grains of rice cooked in
saffron. They also come with grilled tomato. A variation on the kabob meals
was zeresk polo with boneless joojeh: chicken kabobs.
